Rubber seal for the engine lid lock of the VW T1 Bus 08/1966–07/1967 and VW Beetle 08/1964–07/1971, OEM number 111 827 517A. The seal sits between the lock mechanism and the engine lid and keeps moisture out of the lock housing. The rubber hardens over time, which can cause the lock to seize or leak.
