Nokkenastandwiel voor de luchtgekoelde Type 4 motor in de VW T2 Bus. Het tandwiel draagt de nokkenas aan en bepaalt samen met het krukastandwiel de kleptiming. Vervanging is gebruikelijk bij motorrevisie of bij zichtbare slijtage aan de tandflanken.
