This ZDDP-containing assembly grease from CAM-SHIELD is specially formulated for lubricating camshaft components - lifters - and valve train during assembly. The additives protect against friction and wear during the critical moment before the engine makes its first rotation - which is especially important for restored engines. With 18 grams - you have enough for a complete camshaft assembly without excess. Combine this with a good oil change and an appropriate start-up procedure for optimal engine protection.
