The rear wheel studs of your T2 or T3 are subjected to considerable stress - especially if you regularly carry heavy loads. This M14 x 40mm stud (OEM 211 501 627A) is the original size that VW used for the rear wheel bolts. Replacement is easy with a standard wheel stud puller - but make sure to tighten them evenly. Combine this with new wheel bolts and brake maintenance for maximum safety.
