Oil pump cover for the air-cooled Type 1 engine in the VW T1 Bus, T2 Bus, Beetle and Karmann Ghia, with OEM number 311 115 141C. The cover closes off the oil pump housing on the outside of the engine block and holds the gears in place. Replacement is common during an oil pump overhaul or in case of cracking caused by vibrations.
