Synchro ring for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear in the 091 and 094 gearbox of the VW T2 Bus and T3 Bus 08/1975–07/92, with OEM number 091 311 295A. The ring synchronises the speed of the gear when shifting and wears gradually through normal use, which shows as increasing play and grinding when shifting.
