Steering damper for the VW Beetle from 03/1960 and the Karmann Ghia, OEM number 113 425 021L. The damper is mounted between the steering box arm and the chassis and absorbs vibrations and shocks in the steering mechanism. Replacement is common when there is play or vibration in the steering wheel while driving.
