Bottom of the spare wheel well for the VW Beetle 1200 and 1300, OEM number 111 805 583A. The panel forms the floor of the spare wheel well under the front hood and is a place where moisture collects, resulting in rust. Replacement requires drilling out the spot welds and welding in the new panel.
